Items can be upgraded at any item upgrader NPC in the game. These NPCs can be found in major questing areas, or capital cities. Players can also find upgraders when they visit dungeons with high-level bosses, and by talking to the NPCs in their garrisons of their faction.

The World of Warcraft item upgrade system lets players increase the level of their weapons, armor, and trinkets. Requirements

(Dice 6 can be dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 from Bosses). Additionally, you will require different amounts of Minerals and Erons.

Time is a factor.

Items upgrades can be used to increase the power of your equipment and ship without having to level them. Upgrades aren't cheap, but they can be a great method to boost your stats without having to spend a lot of time in battle. It is important to understand the costs and benefits before making the investment of time or money.
