"Cebu Travel Diary with Children ⑪ Park Island Resort"

Today I'll be writing about J Park Island Resort and Water Park!

We stayed here for 3 nights!

The room was a "One Bedroom Suite Garden" on the 10th floor. It was 76 square meters, and the bedroom and living room were separate! It even had a kitchen! It was the perfect room for families with children.

There was a TV on the left. By the way, there was a TV in the bedroom too!

↑There was no stove, but I was really grateful that there was a microwave.

↑They attached it to me after this.

The lazy river was fun.

↑It was early in the morning so there was no water yet, but at 9am a lot of water comes out. You'll get wet.

There are plenty of pools for kids!!

There were other places to play, it was spacious and the kids really seemed to enjoy it

↓The main pool had this kind of running thing (I don't know the name) that my eldest son was addicted to

There's also the sea, but the sandy beach looks like this

It's cheap compared to Shangri-La, so you might be surprised

The sand is rough and painful

It gets deep suddenly so it's dangerous (lifeguards are watching over you nearby! Life jackets are also available for rent)

You can hardly see any fish, so don't expect too much from the sea! The pool is fun, so the sea was really just a bonus

There's a supermarket and a restaurant (mostly Korean food) across the street from the hotel.

Be careful because touts will approach you as soon as you leave the hotel⚠️

There was a casino inside the hotel, but we didn't go there~

For food, the restaurant called Havana was delicious! We only went once, but we wished we'd gone more...

A Japanese restaurant called Nonki. It was really Japanese food and I was so happy! ! It's a bit pricey, but I went there twice.

There's a playground inside the hotel (though it's paid).

There are lots of attractions and it's pretty big! It's not crowded, so it was good.

But I was surprised that the water they sell here is 500 yen for 500ml, which is an absurd price... You can buy it for a few tens of yen at the supermarket in front.

Summary.

Good points of J Park

- Lots of Asians (or rather, mostly Koreans, Chinese, and a few Japanese)

- Signs in Japanese, so it's easy to find

- Good pool

- Reasonably priced

- Indoor playground (no worries even in the rain)

Bad points

- Poor breakfast quality

- Sloppy customer service by staff

*This is my personal opinion.

Is it like this compared to Shangri-La?

By the way, the lowest rank room at Shangri-La was the same price as this one-bedroom suite at J Park! ! Considering that, J Park is better! I think the biggest difference is the quality of the breakfast.

This time I went to Cebu with my 5 and 3 year old children, but I'm so tired of traveling abroad. I was so tired. It was fun, but I was so tired! I think it would have been better to go to Okinawa in the summer.

I don't recommend going abroad unless you have a strong will to go abroad no matter what, or you're a strong mom who can easily travel with your kids.

Going with just adults and taking small children with you is completely different. Especially the flight there and back... I wonder if it would have been different if we had taken the plane at bedtime.

This is the end of my Cebu travelogue.

Thank you for reading this long travelogue so far!
