This helps reduce the need for hands-on maintenance and helps keep the i3+ EVO from overfilling, however it still needs to be manually empty after each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO dustbin can hold 2.4L, which is enough to last four to five cleaning sessions.

Like the i7, uses cutting-edge floor-tracking sensors to produce maps. It can also allow you to navigate in neat rows. However, the i3+ EVO only stores a single map while the i7 has the capacity to store multiple maps. The i7 is also able to make use of its map to create no-go zones as well as virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO is not able to do this.

The i3+ EVO does a better job of removing surface debris in comparison to other robovacs that we have examined, but it's not the best at cleaning corners and edges. The Q5 Pro's 240 minute running time is also generous when in comparison to other 2-in-1 robots we have tested. When the battery is running low, it returns automatically to its dock where it recharges and resumes cleaning where it began. You can manage the Q5 Pro via the app and also use voice commands using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

This is the first robot we've seen with 3D mapping. That, combined with some other advancements, allows it to do exceptionally well in our vacuuming and mopping tests. You can schedule cleaning times, set no-go zones, and check the battery's status, among other things. The app is simple to use, but it doesn't support Apple HomeKit. The feature is scheduled to be added in 2025. Apple updated its website's footnote in the beginning of November to reflect that the feature was delayed until 2025. Some other robots won't work with HomeKit however, a lot of them are compatible with Siri Shortcuts.
