And sponge cake.

Sponge cakes are not available at small supermarkets.

I was thinking of using a bread with a lot of sponge, such as Yamazaki or Fujipan, but they don't have those either...

When one person goes wrong,

But this time I used Shima's recipe

I mixed fresh cream into strained yogurt

and ate it with strawberries

Fresh cream and yogurt are both high in fat

I ate each with my husband

(I ate the strawberry sandwich the day before yesterday)

Fresh cream has a quarter of the fat

That means 11.4 grams per person

The day before yesterday I used a quarter of the fresh cream

But yesterday I used the leftovers to make banana sandwiches

Fontaine Bleu is

Yogurt It is mixed with rut, so it is still a quarter of each.

As a snack, it is said that carbohydrates should be within 10 grams per serving, but there is no mention of grams of fat.

Since fat is obtained from foods such as meat, fish, and nuts,

I think it is probably best to avoid it as a snack as much as possible.

I've always loved fresh cream, and I prefer Western sweets to Japanese sweets.

So I think I have fatty liver, so I am eating less than before.

I will write in my notebook that I ate fresh cream this time.
