According to the report, Miss Kelly was suffering from a variety of mental health issues, such as the borderline personality disorder such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder as well as schizophrenia-related disorder.

Elayaperumal claims that Medtronic deliberately denied him a job due to his race and national origin.
