World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

Item upgrades are a key element of enhancing your character. Upgrades increase the base damage and enchantments of items.

They also provide bonuses and improvements. The Blacksmith can also sell them to you.

The upgrade button is located on any item. Every recycled item adds one level to the upgrade gauge.

Weapon

If a weapon is upgraded, it will gain a base damage bonus, as well as a scaling factor which affects other stats. Certain upgrade components have aesthetic effects while others give additional features. These upgrades can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools. Most require that the equipment have an available upgrade slot and meet certain specifications. The upgrade component can be removed from the weapon, armor, or trinket, but it will not be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be recovered using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool, or by using a high-tier salvage tool on the item the item.

In addition to the normal upgrades, a weapon may be upgraded with an attribute called Calibration that increases certain stats, such as Weakspot Damage or Crit Rate. This is done via the Gear Workbench's interaction menu. This can be done four times depending on the weapon level.

When the weapon is at max upgrade, it can be reforged with a number of different upgrade types to boost specific stats or add other bonuses and effects. A variety of these upgrades can be applied simultaneously, and the effects are based on the nature of the weapon.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game that can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area, and Smithing Master Iji in the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both upgrade materials are different: Smithing Stones to modify the damage a weapon deals and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the standard weapons.

In general, it's Best item upgrade to improve your weapon's damage first. Then you can increase your armour defense and finally those secondary stats required by your build. In particular, it's common to see melee druids upgrade their weapon before they upgrade any other gear, as this can increase DPS. This is particularly relevant for enchantments that boost a weapon's stats and damage.

Armor

Item Upgrades allow players to enhance the base stats of certain pieces of armor weapons, trinkets, trinkets and gathering tools. These upgrades may also have other effects, such as an increase in damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item upgrades are available through crafting, buying from NPC vendors, loot drop or as rewards for quests.

Armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC and spending appropriate currencies. Most of the time an item of armor will be upgraded to next level after an upgrade is applied. Most armor types can be upgraded, however certain items (such as the starter armour in Great Sky Island) cannot.

Most armor upgrades provide a small increase to the item's defense or strength. Some upgrade components, however, can result in significant increases in defense or strength. This is particularly the case when upgrading epic items.

Certain upgrades grant special abilities which can be activated when wearing armor. These abilities can be helpful in combat, for instance granting a buff to attack speed or blocking. Certain upgrades also offer passive effects, for instance cutting down on the amount of damage taken while wearing armor or granting a chance to dodge attacks.

Based on the type of armor, upgrading an item can require multiple attempts. For instance the case of a player wanting to upgrade the strength of a Steelclash armor to Dragonscale the first attempt will result in a brand new piece of Dragonscale with the base defense of the ages of 59-67. The second attempt would result in an Dragonscale armor that has the base defense of 67-77.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players to upgrade their armor sets up to level 4. To do this players must visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations houses a powerful fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.

Contrary to popular opinion, armor in The Division 2 is not useless. Certain armors provide a significant boost to the reduction of the damage caused by poison, curse, magic, or fire. This makes them beneficial for certain builds. There are many other ways to increase the strength of armor apart from upgrading the armor, for instance using the engineer attribute to increase armor penetration or the challenger to reduce the weight of the entire armor.

Potion

By putting a potion in a brewing stand, you can unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks another level of effects from the potion and can be re-used to unlock more potencies.

The potions also have a custom color, which can be chosen by the player using /give. The color affects the clouds that affect the area of effect as well as the arrows that are generated. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color of the potion also affects the effects of the potion's particle effects.

The water bottle, the mundane and thick potions as well as awkward potions now have a new the texture of brewing. In the Creative Inventory the potion healing and weakness have been added. The potions are lingering and can be made with splash potions or dragon breath and a strong potion with the status effect Mining Fatigue (duration 4 hours). Trinket

A trinket can be a small, inexpensive ornament or piece jewelry. It could be a ring or necklace. Or, it could be a tiny banner that marks the lateen yard of a boat. It can also be the trinket with gilded gold that is fixed to the mast of a boat.

This bizarre trinket appears to be influencing the inhabitants of this maze, making them more common. At the moment, this trinket makes all types of mimic Xx more popular, and gives each floor the chance to contain an ebony-colored mimic. This trinket costs a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.

The magic from this enchanted scepter seems to be affecting the dungeon itself, making it more likely to create grass and water. At its current level, this trinket makes X% of regular floors fill with grass or water, but it doesn't affect enchantments, glyphs, cursed weapons or armor, or items that are created to help solve hazard rooms.

While it looks like a normal newt's eye, this mysterious item appears to be affecting your vision in ways beyond simply reducing your field of view. This trinket, at the moment level, boosts the health benefits gained from drinking healing potions and wells of life by X% and gives you mind-sight on enemies within Y tile. This does not stack with Heightened Senses.

After you have completed the Mastery Cave After completing the Mastery Cave, you will be able to find Trinkets by taking on Monsters and inside crates and chests in Skull Cavern. They aren't found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

Place the trinket in the Anvil when it needs to be upgraded. This will affect the trinket which is random, either increasing or strengthening its effects. You can reforge an item multiple times as often as you want, though it will always have an effect that is different from the one you had when you first made it.

You can also enhance your Trinkets by placing them in a magical catalyst at the Alchemy Station. This will cost you 6 energy, but increase the trinkets power by a tiny amount.
