As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it infuse for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
