Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums uk automatic vacuum cleaner and mop combinations can be customised using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save your home's maps and organize cleaning schedules, and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and how much water your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate rooms while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, so it is naturally packed with features. It's able to mop and sweep in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming too wet. It also can avoid obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it from getting stuck on a surface.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also comes with mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just put it away and forget about it, and only need to change the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I tested it with its normal vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting alternative for anyone who wishes to go away from their old stick vacuums and mop. We highly recommend this model when you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. The price is justified by its robust features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop heads. It also has an app-based, smart controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the entire home. It was able to eliminate 98.4% debris on all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and a strong dose cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its sophisticated controls allow you to schedule periodic cleaning robot mop and vacuum sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I tested The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular maintenance and care. To avoid mildew and unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced regularly too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a want than a need.

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has an enormous battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans by itself which makes it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire width of the robot and is continuously dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is removed using the side brushes or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station, which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements before being is poured into a larger storage canister. The onboard tank holds plenty of water, and it can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use straight out of the box, just like most other robotic vacuums/mops. It must be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do by cleaning the dock. If you want to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to opt for this feature, you'll need to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot cleaner with mop brands that permit you to use your own cleaning products.

Like many robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with longer piles several times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot vacuum cleaner that is available at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, and it has some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a good bit of an area before it needs to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite extensive, and provides a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and take care to clean everything that is mapped by the device, or you can select specific rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've crafted. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just like the other Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system performs well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. The default pathing setting does a great job of covering a room, leaving no gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

This machine has one major flaw: it does not offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the vacuum's mopping capability to remove the last traces of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming. It's a nice addition, and it helps the robot get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
