The i3+ EVO unlike the other robot vacuums we have tested, has a self emptying bin that automatically dumps debris into an external dirt container on the base of its charging once it is full. The i3+ EVO can be prevented from overfilling with a self-emptying bin. However it must be emptied manually at the end of each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO dustbin can hold 2.4L, which is enough to last through four to five cleaning sessions.

Like the i7 uses state-ofthe-art floor-tracking sensors to produce maps. It also allows you to navigate through neat rows. The i3+ EVO can only keep one map, whereas the i7 can store multiple. The map of the i7 can be used to create virtual barriers and no-go zones, however, not the i3+ EVO.

The i3+ EVO is more effective of picking up surface debris in comparison to other robovacs that we have reviewed, but it is not the most effective in cleaning edges and corners. It's also not as gentle on furniture, despite being surprisingly quiet. It pushed chairs away from walls and made some collisions with the sides of our test bed, and was stuck to cords and toys during testing.

It also does well on carpet and earns a high score in our navigation tests. The only issue is that it's a little louder than other models we test and it doesn't do as well in our owner satisfaction or predicted reliability tests.

The Q5 Pro has a very large dust bin of 770ml which means you won't need to empty it as frequently as other 2-in-1 robots. The Q5 Pro's 240-minute running time is also impressive when contrasted with other 2-in-1 robots we have tested. The model is equipped with an internal dToF LiDAR sensor to map out your home and devise efficient cleaning routes. The iMop was rated highly for its accuracy and navigation. It also did an excellent job of avoiding obstacles such as furniture. It's also able to locate its way back to the base station, which is a great benefit in the event it is unable to recharge its battery during a cleaning session.

The spot cleaning mode allows you to clean a specific area on your floor. It can also be programmed to follow a particular path. This is ideal for narrow stairs or hallways. In our carpet cleaning test it performed well cleaning carpets. However, it struggled to clean carpets and rugs with longer piles.
