Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to drink. It softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this
1 kg coffee beans. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or agitate the
