The
Best Twin BuggyThis inline double is designed to expand with your family. It comes with a variety of seating options that are suitable for twins or children of different ages. The tires are filled with foam and will not flatten, and its soft suspension is ideal for roads.
It folds flat and is in compliance with the weight requirements for gate-checks at airports, making it easy to carry. It also has a massive underseat storage basket and four-panel sun canopy.
Leclerc Influencer
With its sleek design, auto-folding and cabin-approved dimensions, the Leclerc Influencer is a great choice for travelers. Its folded (and unfolded) width is 47cm, which is slightly more than the IATA standard of 45cm. However, it still complies with the regulations of hand luggage for airlines and can be stored in the overhead lockers on flights (Subject to Airline Approval). It was easy to clean with a cloth and there were plenty of other items such as nappy bags, footmuffs, and buggie organiser bags that clip onto handles, and hoods with UV50+ protection.
We love the fact it's so small when folded down, and how it can easily fit into small spaces such as shops narrow alleyways, and Jane's tiny terrace house and is even more convenient to maneuver up and down the stairs. The bumper bar can double as a handle for carrying and there's a large, flip-flop friendly brake with a colour indicator. The basket is smaller than some other models however it's large enough to hold an adequate-sized changing bag, and there are additional trays for drinks, snacks and toys.
It is suitable for babies from birth. The adaptors are available separately to be used in conjunction with the Leclerc Baby Carrycot. The innovative backrest can be flattened to allow for naps or long walks. The magnetic 5-point harness makes it easy to use. It's also extremely light at just 6.6kg and includes a travel bag.
Joie Evalite Duo
The British brand Joie has a mission to "share joy with new parents" by creating pushchairs which are "functional fashionable, stylish and ingenuous". The Evalite Duo is their latest twin buggy. It's designed to accommodate two children side by side in contrast to the slightly heavier Aire Twin, and has seats that are raised so both children can view the world around them.
Weighing just over 10kg at just over 10kg, the Evalite Duo is one of the tiniest strollers for siblings available. It is suitable for use starting at the time of birth and can be used in conjunction with Joie car seat or carrycots. It's simple to drive or ride, lift, and fold and the clever frame expands in width to accommodate the second seat.
Out 'n' About say the one-handed fold is a major feature of the Evalite Duo, and they were amazed by how fast and easily it is put together. However, they did note that it's a bit more difficult to navigate bumps and rough terrain than some other models.
They also note that the front seat does not fully recline and they had to utilize their hands to bring it down which they would prefer not to have to do when travelling with young children. The Evalite Duo, however, is a great stroller that can be made even better with a few tweaks. They appreciate that it's compact and small when folded!
iCandy Peach
iCandy Peach, a sophisticated tandem buggy, offers parents the variety they need. It is compatible with a variety of car seats and features a an easy-to-fold system that folds in one click, making it easy for families on the go. It comes with a variety of additional features, such as liners and raincovers. Rival brands charge separately for these.
iCandy Peach is a favorite among parents who are fashion-conscious due to its fashionable and contemporary jersey fabrics. The new 2022 Peach has been upgraded with minor tweaks to increase efficiency and performance, without compromising aesthetics.
One of the most significant changes to this latest Peach is the inclusion of a ride-on board, which makes it a great choice for twins. It is also slightly more compact than older Peach models but that doesn't mean it from providing the space you'll need for your children.
It's the perfect
double pushchair from birth stroller for parents who are looking for something that looks good and offers a lot of versatility. You can use it from birth as a single stroller, and then purchase a double kit to allow it to be a twin buggy. It also comes with a large basket and five reclining positions to ensure maximum comfort for your children. It also comes with an integrated carry strap and a single-handed folding mechanism. It's heavy to store, particularly since it folds into two parts instead of one.
iCandy Orange
This is the most comfortable twin buggy you can get. The seats are comfortable and can be fitted with liners or luxury footmuffs which should keep your little ones cosy in cold weather. The carrycot is able to be fitted onto the Orange chassis with ease thanks to the gate-opening side flaps and is spacious and comfortable. Orange chassis allows for 30 different combinations of the seats and carrycot.
The wheels are optimised to withstand rough and paved terrain, and there's an enormous shopping basket beneath that is ideal for big supermarket shops. The pushchair is smooth to drive with a lightweight feel and the pedal brake that is rounded is simple to use (but not flip-flop friendly). It's not the easiest to fold and the latch that keeps it folded requires two hands to open. After it's folded, the front wheels tuck into the basket and the chassis can stand.
The Orange is a great choice for style-conscious parents who have a baby or toddler and want a stroller that will be able to adapt to their children. It's also a great option for parents who are expecting an additional child in the not-too-distant future who want a flexible
double to single buggy pushchair. The iCandy Orange is not cheap however it's a versatile product that it's likely to last a while and have a high resale price as well. It's also possible to equip it with a buggy, which can reduce the number of siblings fighting over seats.
Mountain Buggy Duet
The company was founded by a New Zealander, Mountain Buggy (part of the Mokopuna group that also owns Phil and Teds and Baby Jogger) is the first pram brand that focuses on all-terrain double pushchairs. The Duet side-by-side twin stroller is slim and sleek that can fit through doors and easily maneuver around tight shopping aisles. It is one the most compact and full-featured double buggies that are available and has been awarded numerous awards, including Mother & Baby Twin Gold in 2014 and Prima Baby Twin Silver in 2015.
The seats are wide enough to allow children of various ages to sit comfortably together. They also have independent reclined so that children can pick their preferred seating position. The large canopies come with an adjustable sun visor that can be removed and the storage basket is very roomy. It works with most brands and comes with two adapters for infant car seats with the purchase of car seats.
The only issue is the weight. It is hefty at 32.4 lbs and may be difficult to lift into and out of the trunk for Grandma. Additionally, it is more expensive than most other side-by-side
lightest double stroller buggies. It is built to last, and has a lot of features for its price. It is a good choice for parents in urban areas who want to avoid lugging a bulky stroller around. The straps are padded, with a 5-point buckle and padded straps ensure that it is safe for infants.
Bugaboo Donkey Twin
The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a fashionable, functional design. It's a high-quality product but it's not without its flaws.
It provides very few additional features, both for kids and parents. There's a small bin beside the seat, but it's only accessible when one seat is attached and that's the only thing it offers. There aren't any parent tray cup holders, cups, or accessory pockets and this could cause problems for long trips.
The seats don't lie flat, and the gap between the seats is quite large. Our 5-year-old was having trouble reclined comfortably. It's a shame, considering it's a high-end model.
On the positive side, it's a breeze to maneuver and the swivel wheel is great for climbing up steep slopes and steps. It's also small enough to fit through most doorways and folds down easily for easy storage and transportation. Plus, it can be switched back to mono mode in just three clicks if you ever need some more room or want to make a quick getaway. It can even accommodate a third kid with the comfort wheeled boards if you're required to. It's pricey, however if you're on a budget there are alternatives out there. If you love the brand and can afford it, it's worth the cost.
