Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an
item upgrader you have acquired, such as armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced by an identical item, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.
The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment for example, increasing its damage.
Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To make them, you'll need a higher level token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next Success result is repeated. This helps you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's levels and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. The system is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are several ways to obtain the stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is attained.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be applied in addition to an initial amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can place a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available for it. Also, when an
Best item upgrade reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have a discount.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
item upgrades (
squareblogs.Net) give players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade tokens.
Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. These include the item type (either weapon or armor), the level of the item as well as the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an
item upgrading in your inventory after you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
